ok so i feel shitty today.....

Ok so today wasent all that great....I went to Aldersyde to talk to the boss and that went really well i wanted to make sure that he was ok with me taking more time off for my illness that the docs are trying to diagnose....at least I am being taken care of this time!!!...but yea the drive kinda tired me out i cant really last long now...it is getting to the point where it seems that just doing some minor running around tires me out so that really sucks!!!!  but hey ya gotta keep on going and pull thru!!...so i was board and for some reason cannot sleep even though the day drags alot out of me so i took some self portraits and yes some of them are real wierd but hey thats me!!!so there you are and even put up a pic that hangs in my room that i just love that my Best friend gave to me I love garfield!!!Enjoy all!!

so I was in Elkford, Bc where my parents and all my stuff is going soon....it was a ton of fun got a car stuck, went to some party in the middle of a mountain, and met some very interesting local kids it was all a very interesting weekend....One of the local kids that was talkin with another of my friends stoped talking to him looked over at me and was like "MAN, you look like Serge off of System!" I was like OK sure thanks whatever.....if no one knows he ment the lead singer off of system of a down (a rock band) but i have a feeling that many will agree that i look nothing like him but thats just how i feel...but unfortunatly I had to leave Elkford early and return to Medicine Hat... I needed to go to the emergency room at the hospital and see if someone could help me with my sickness....i was handled with great care and all was worked out and now i am going to go thru a bunch of tests this week to see what is wrong.....lets hope it is what they think it is and nothing more!!but thats the weekend while i was in Elkford i also got another shot of the sign of the day!! ENJOY. 
Ps I finally figured out how to use the manual settings on the camera....hey dont laugh i had no manual and i was just sitting there pushing buttons and i found out that this camera hs a ton of manual settings its awesome!!!!!

Today was not real exciting either but i have managed to get a sign of the day for everyone!! I got unloaded in brooks, AB today and that kinda took forever another petpeeve was vissited today....computers in vehicles....... the picker truck that was unloading me was brand new this was its third job......to lift two 22,000 lbs reels....well for starters the damn thing got about 10 feet in the air and stoped working and for some reason the guys who were very good at what they did could not figure out the damn thing so they sat there for a a while disconecting the battery and shit and eventually they got it to work. ok this Crane is rated for 37 tons....and it had problems lifting the reels and we were like mabey an inch from each other so it was a straight up lift,,,,,,,, and the operator still had to press the override button to get the things into place.....He also told me that he has used a 30 ton crane to lift the same reels and it had no problem but it was older and had no computer in it!!! some times computers are great but when they screw up they can be such a pain in the ass cause nothing can be fixed unless you have the $10,000 piece of hardware that can diagnose the problem ahhhhhh.....but i got the hell outta there and into calgary where i picked up a load of floorboards for the bases of houses (i think) man that one took forever too......but i got her done and Kristal and Rod (my boss) even waited the extra half hour on a friday so that i could get my paperwork handed in so it didnt have to sit in the mailbox all weekend that was very nice of you two thank you very much!! but yea after that it was smooth sailing took the truck over to the mechanics shop to get serviced and i was on my way home.....ohh home is nice to come home to untill the madness starts in oh well just another day!!! hope you all enjoy!!

WOW i say and captured the most stunning and beautiful sunset I have ever seen!! and this day is devoted to it nothing else happened that was as interesting as this......so here you go Enjoy i sure did!!!
ps well there are two more pics the sign of the day and another of a chain that is holding my load it is over exposed and out of focus but i think that it makes a cool shot but hey onto the sunset!!

[b]Ok so today i kept on driving so that I would be back in alberta to unload on friday so that i could go home for the weekend.....so by the time that i arrived in donley county in Texas i was wicked tired i had got up at 6am my time to get unloaded at my stop in Magnolia, Ar and now the time would be about 3:30 am on the seventh and I am getting really tired so I stoped for a nap at the SAFETY STOP all I have to say about this place is WOW I was very impressed it was very cool so i put my head down and slept for about 2 hours and they back at it!!! the next place that i stoped was Lamar in Colorado that place is kinda wierd but anyways i grabed some lunch and headed out once again but today I will try to get to Casper, Wy and i do end up there but it aint untill around 10:30 at night that made for one long trip about 2600 Km or around there it was a long drive all at once thats all that i know.....but while i was driving in the rush hour CRAWL of denver i took a decient snap of the skyline of west denver it is very beautiful (the picture dosent do it justice but you all get the point) (i hope) and there is a new building just outside of denver that Harley davidson dealersip has just moved into and holy crap is it nice!!!! it looks like an oversize cabin and its huge and there are bikes everywhere its crazy!!! but yea today not to many pictures cause I just wanted to get to Casper and sleep!!! but i got some neet shots of a sunset in Cheyenne, Wy kinda cool but no comparison to what i ran into tommorow night!!!

[i]Ok so this would be the first day of my long ass treck back to my home town....today i start in Magnolia, Ar....not a bad little town. I get to talk to the reciever and he tells me to go to the back of the yard and he will send some one out there in about 15 min. to get me unloaded....yea that is something that i hate most about dealing with people in this industry is that they just want you out of there face and so they send you far away where they (and everyone else) can forget about you....while this dont happen all the time there are some good ones out there.....so i dit down and play the old game boy (the original one) and then i look at the clock and half an hour passes so i get a little pissed and walk all the way to the other side of the yard and the guy sees me coming and he waves at some one who gets into a forklift and comes over to me and says "ok lets get you unloaded" sorry but that just pisses me off when people do that it is like oh shit i forgot about him.....but hey it was just a minor inconvience!!! so they were real wuick unloading me and i got out of there real quick!! and they hauled ass to Houston about 5 and a half hours away.......I am getting to know Houston fairly well it is a cool city but way to big for me I would rather live in a small toen myself but the big cities are fun to visit!!! but i get loaded and head out i have on my deck two reals of metal tubing.....yea each reel holds 16,000 feet (yeppers 16,000) and weigh about 22,000 pounds that made me a little nervous (in a good way) but how would you feel having 3 tiny (lookin) chains holding 22,000 pounds on the deck while you stop and go....it is stressful (in a good way) for the first day or so untill i get used to it but that is the best feeling!!!! thats the part of the job that I love the most but yea i get to huntsville, Tx where they have USA most photographed statue and that is the one of Sam Houston.....have no idea who he is but he must be important to get a 60 foot statue made of him!! but yea i stopped there to get fuel and get out of the truck and slam the door and just as i do that i go to grab it and remember that the keys are still in the damn cab....ah whatever i went in and paid for the fuel and got a drink and came back out...I have broken into enough vehicles that i think that i can get into a semi so i fiddled around with a long piece of wire trying to get the damn thing unlocked and some other trucker comes over and is like "hey man why dont you just rip the vent off it is just rivited in there it should come right out" i just looked at him and was like "Nah I think that i will just keep on fiddling with it, it will come eventually!!" he was not impressed it was another one of those guys who think that they know everything and that the way I was doing it was inferiour to the way he figured it should be done......I hate people like that!!!! but anywho I finally got it I think that it took me like 20 min. I dont think that it was that bad....but on my way again.....to the next day i think that by the time the clock struck 12 midnight i was in fort worth or somehting like that.....oh and i have multiple signs of the day for today I like the department of community punnishment....just sounds funny to me!!! its all good.....

So I feel like being bold today!! I took some wierd shots that I would like people to comment on and tell me if I could do something better to make the shot better or different the comment would be helpfull trying to get the best out of my camera!! Ok so other than that there is alot of huff on the news down here about 1 Bush and the democrates and 2 the big ass huricane that is covering florida....All i really want to say about politics is that i cant get over the fact that most of the people that give a damn about the election in the states are like waco about it......it seems like if your a democratic supporter you will do anything to support that side and your really set in your ways even listening to some of the Dj's on the radios are that way and most of the people that talk about politics down here (truckers and whatnot) are like they know all there is about the damn system.....man i dont even think that there are a hand full of regular everyday people in Canada...well the western provinces at least that even know what there MLA or MP is but down here in the states there are thousands of people that are like hard core about the whole system its crazy.....but whatever turns your crank it is just wierd that there are so many that are so hard core in the beliefs down here it aint like that in Canada.....but whatever....and the huricane that hit florida I feel sorry for all those people that got hit by one on friday the 13 of auguest and then get back and try to clean up only to get hit with another one this weekend hopefully not as bad but hey it looks not so good for all the people in florida!!! may luck be on there side!! 
Any way my sign for the day is the restaurant where i ate my supper it is ok not the best but what do you expect from truck stop food it is like airplane food....sometimes its great others its awefull!!  i have some pic of flowers from yesterday that i wasent sure on posting so i thought i would throw them in here they are ok but again I would like some feedback on how to improve or tips that i can use....that would be awesome.....oh yea I got some new songs that are awesome (well at least they are new to me.....Candelbox: far behind.......Temple of the Dog: Hunger strike.....and I thought that i would just drop a line on a movie here too I picked Old School....man that has to be one of the funniest damn movies that i have ever seen its awesome.....and that just reminds me of Dodge ball if you havent seen this movie YOU HAVE TO RENT IT WHEN IT COMES OUT......again on of the funniest movies i really like vince vaughn he is the shit i only know of a few movies that he has been in off the top of my head but the ones that i can think of are damn funny he always plays an interesting character........a good mix of good and bad!!  but yea thats enough for today.....hope everyones weekend is going well and the long weekend is an AWESOME one!!!

Ok well now I finally got the internet and MSN working man that has been pissing me OFF!! cant update my fotopage with the great pictures i think that i have got goin on here or look at the peoples fotoblogs that have left me little hits!!!thanks bye the way i love the feedback!!! but yea today I had another day still where I could not let go of the steering wheel....man i have all the time in the world to get to my stop and do you think that i can stop and enjoy the view It took me forever to just pull over at this rest stop and take the cool pic that i have posted for you today!!
The broken bench is kinda how i have been feeling latley and it just spoke to me and was like take my pic please.....well you get the point....but yea i just feel like something is not "clickin" and it is startin to piss me off but hey It aint nothin that is gonna get me down!!
But today was a wierd day as i said before i just feel like there is something a miss but yea So i went thru the hometown of lewisrat....Muncie and it was all smokey\""foggy or something whats up with that??? you will have to inform me why.....but yea i am in a little town that seems to be just 3 truckstops at the side of the road and they decided to call it Matthews....but hey it works for me!! yea so this is gonna be a short entry cause I dont feel like writing and the day was just not that damn interesting.....oh as i was taking the picture of the blue star highway this pack of older "folk" walked bye and the one lady was like "would you like to take my picture with the sign I could hike my pants up for ya" and she started to pull up her pant leg.....i shit you not i am 100% sirius!!! it was so wierd i just said no thats ok.....and ran away....well not really but you know i wanted to....hey another cool bridge is the one that boarders missouri and illinois on the mississippi river it is fairly big and high....very cool bridge but not as cool as the international bridges!!  so yea oh yea here are some more good songs Crossfade:COLD, and Temple Of The Dog: Hunger Strike.....man I could listen to this radio all day long well i guess i do but whatever the Dj's kick ass!! oh and if anyone was woundering I love my camera it was a very great investment!!! i LOVE CANON!!but yea if something interesting happens tommorow i will post but i highly doubt it i am sitting here untill monday morning so we will see what i can dig up as i said i am in the middle of nowhere so...

Ok since my computer is taking forever to get on the fricken internet today I will start this one on wordpad even though I HATE it!! Yea I have been listening to the satellite radio that I bought down here in Houston (oh by the way I am not in houston but in Lansing, Mi) It is fricken awesome I have been listening to Octane (channel 20) and it rocks they have a deal on this weekend where they let everyone call in and say what ever the hell they want and the Dj's air the shit so its like you get to be the Dj for the long weekend its awesome some funny stuff but what i cant get over is that it is a harder rock station and they have all these people calling in and saying i would like to request so and so song and i am from shit town america.....man if this happened in Canada I can assure you that there would be tons of people taking over and calling in and talking and saying there two bit cause anything goes on this station!!! just take what Much music did with the speakers corner!!! Canadians speek there mind another reason why we dont have an unelected head of state!! Bush should just drop the gloves and go home he's wrecked enough shit down there!! but ya enough of being political!! I am damn tired today still!!! had to wait most of the day in Alban,ont to get loaded the guys there (they were real nice about the whole thing) loaded my trailer wrong and they didnt figure it out untill like 3\"4 of the way thru and then they went for lunch having me sitting there woundering why they didnt load the last real on and then i could have been out of this shit town!! well I found out shortly and 3 hours later i finally got out of there....My load is AWESOME (sorry no pic it is dark and i wanted to get the hell out of there!!) I have a bunch of parts that make up the reels for fiber optic cabel (the orange shit that you see everywhere in all the big cities they are laying that shit like theres no tommorow) but yea once I get some pictures youll see why it is a cool load it is something interesting. Some guy while i was driving thru the Greater Toronto area Video taped my load from his car and then video taped me and was shocked to see that i was staring at him he quickly put the camera down and looked away man i dont think that i am THAT scary looking??? whatever!! but yea today was fun got to go across another international bridge the toll this time wasent that bad 10 bucks americian!! but the boarder crossing went wicked fast the guy didnt even ask to look at my passport!!! thats the first time that has happened going into the states, happens all the time going back to CANADA!!! but yea the bridge there is another super high mother and it is all lite up with blue lights and shit it is really cool!!!! but other than that today was a very uninteresting.....oh yea I saw a brand new lamborgini a yellow one speeding down the 400 in Toronto....It was awesome the first time that i have seen one of those up close!!! and the women this weekend WOW thats all i have to say!!! man there were some cuties on the road today!!! I do have to say that a major turn on is a (what i am told) fitted shirt....they like form to the chest and what not....you all know what i am talking about I dont think that i have seen a female that has worn those shirts that i havent taken a double take!!! wow they are hot (a friend of mine from the hat wears a shirt like that sometimes and wow she looks damn hot in it)..... oh yea I took a huge dick in the ass today when i sat down for lunch and ordered a club sandwich....oh i got the sandwich and a CAN of nestea ohhhhhhh Canadian iced tea!!! and i go up to pay for the damn thing and the girl is like that will be 14.50 sir.....I was like excuse me....holy fuck just hold on a second i have to remove the dildo from my ass......ahh thats better.......that sucked i guess thats what you get for not reading the fine print in the menu......and needless to say she did not get a tip!!! but yeai am sitting waiting for the laundry to be done I am trying to get home for the weekend but it looks like I have to go to houston to get my reload but cause of this damn long weekend I have to wait untill tuesday morning to get unloaded and then drive the 500+ Km to get to houston in time to get loaded and get to Alberta i guess my load is going to Brooks,Ab so that is only an hour away from home so thats cool but it is still about another 3300KM to get to brooks to be assured an unload for friday....hmmmmm some how i dont think that that is gonna happen but i am gonna try my best.....but yea sorry for the lack of pic recently but I have been obsesed it seems with the need to keep on driving I dont understand it myself but hey thats all i got.......and to all in Edmonton (you know who you are), Medicine Hat (also refer to the previous()), And the ones soon to be in Elkford, BC (refer to the previous previous()) I miss you all a ton and hope that everything is going great and hope that school, Jobs, life in general dosent have you stressed out yet But I Love you all and hope to see you all soon.....Chow for now....and dont forget to comment on this damn thing thats why its being posted!!!Thanks GB PS i just heard on the news that the Yankees suffered the biggest loss in there history.....22 to nothing loss to the cleavland indians!!!! thats damn funny mabey finally the dynasty is over its been long enough if you ask me!! oh yea and if you want to listen to some good music download Nonpoint (thats the band) there songs that i have heard is The Truth not to shabby but A really good song would have to Be 45 by Shinedown.....that song rocks!!! oh and Only One by Yellowcard is also execllent yea i have to write this shit down somewhere or else I will forget it and then where would I be!! and I am gonna say it again ALTERBRIDGE (band) OPEN YOUR EYES (song) rocks check it out now youll like it i guarantee!! peace.

Hey Everyone!!!
Well I am on wordpad again for i got no way to get on the Internet and post in the fotoblog (well I do but i dont feel like paying an arm and a leg) But yea I made it to Ontario yesterday and got unloaded....I was fricken tired cause i only had like 4 hours of sleep the night before.....but that was alright the drive was kinda boring anyway....not too much to see or do just like driving thru a forest trees everywhere!!! but the real cool thing about yesterday was that I got to go over two really cool bridges (mackinac and the international bridges) they were really cool the international bridge goes over the soo Locks (the things that moove the big boats thru the rivers so they dont bottom out) that was really cool!! the bridge was kinda long and was it ever high it was real neet the Mackinac bridge was really high too it was $15 american to cross....wow that was a foot in the ass glad that i get reimbursed for that one!! the international bridge was not even that much!! ($12.50 americian) but still expencive!! but yea the guy that unloaded me was super nice and was the easiest place yet to unload at it was in the middle of a huge steel mill (i got some pic) and then I headed out for Sudbury this morning from Sault Ste. Marie....was that a boring drive....there was construction every where it seemed like and the speed limit was only 90 KMPH man that made the 300KM feel like I just drove 1000.....so yea there is ALOT of water in northren Ontario there are lakes everywhere its crazy....but I am sorry for the blogs not being as interesting as of latley I am just out of sorts latly and have not had my head 100 % in the game so to speak but hopefully it returns and I get back in shape!!! but yea I pick up a load in Alban, Ont it is just about half hour south of Sudbury and I get to take that to A place called Magnolia, Arkansas so that should be a fun drive I found out that it is shorter to go down thru Toronto and cross at Sarnia then to go back to Sault Ste. marie which is a good thing (I wont have to take that highway again!!) so that will be cool I used to travel there all the time when I was with Ayr Motor Express (they suck) last year....it is very nice country but there are lots of people all the time its crazy but makes the day go bye like three times faster!!! but yea tommorow I am gonna go thru Ontario, Michigan and I plan on stoping at Lansing and then I can update the blog and put up some of the photos I have taken in the last day or two....i got some of the Michigan welcome center it is kinda cool but also on the same part very boring there was nothing much around it so it was like a big building in the middle of no where!! but yea thats about all I know for today so I will leave you with this.... I watched CHASING AMY (a movie by silent BOB) If you have not watched this movie i guarentee that you will enjoy it....well mabey.. it has the best scene in a movie i think that i have ever seen (well at least for ben aflak) the part where he tells alyssa that he wants her to have sex with him and Banky (yea that was an intence part and her comeback topped the whole scene off) yea that 10 minunites of talking is the best scene that I have seen in a long time so if your in the mood for a movie this week end watch CHASING AMY you will like it.....and if your in for a marathon movie long weekend rent all the Kevin smith movies (except the gay clown one stay away from that one) or jay and silent bob as they are better know they are as follows in order from first to last......Clerks (shot in black and white but still a great flick)....Mallrats (great movie about times had hanging around a mall)(underage sex is also shown...well kinda) CHASING AMY (very good i think one of my favorites but hey all these movies are up there on my list)....... Dogma (you will learn alot about the church in this film.... what, good movie and church in one?.....yea a good movie packed with stuff about church wierd but true) and the final installment as of today Jay and Bob Strike Back.....(execllent movie learn about the unwritten "book" of the road......look for buddy christ on the dash of the nuns car) oh yea and if you watch all of these movies carefully there are alot of things that are in the movies that are mentioned in the movies made before them like the girl who screws the dead guy in Clearks is mentioned in CHASING AMY and buddy christ from dogma is seen in Jay and silent Bob strike back.....along with many other bits and pieces.....and most of the same main actors are in the movies like Matt Damon and Ben Aflak are in most of them....so there is my movie review for this weekend mabey I will do that once a week for you all then you can all get to see some great movies that may not have crossed your eyes before but yea we will see how i feel.....but yea I head that Creed split up and some of the members joined with members from another big band and created ALTER BRIDGE and they sound Kick ass there new song is called OPEN YOUR EYES i have head a ton of new songs latelty but i will tell you about them later so yea have a great weekend and i hope all is well with everyone!!!!
