I have found today.....wild life like a bunch of deer and if the pic upload today that i will have for you some deer pictures on my 2 hour hike..... it was cool found the school that was built on the other side of Elkford and wow i must day it is very interesting a elementary school on one side and the highschool on the other and a playground inbetween....it was a great walk but man are the trails icy wow.....
I feel like i miss.....
that i know i must do..... like get to my doctor and figure out what the hell is going on with my body my disease that i have is not treating my body any better and i feel like it is getting worse not better and i need to get this shit figured out i have always just let things go and they usually go away with in a couple weeks weather i am on pills or not but i have been on pills for over 3 months and nothing is getting better i still feel shitty most of the time, my stomach never NEVER cooperates with me..... and i cant see me going back to work (in the area i am in) with out something changing, i have read up on all the medication that i am on and they are not very nice pills to be on.... it is wierd that doctors give you something that may clear up one problem but while you are on this medication it can make things worse while you are on them and that just dont sit well with me... and when the pills arnt doing what they should be.....well they kinda are they are taking away the blood in the stools but not doing anything for everything else that is causing me grief and i would rather have blood in my stools then put up with food not sitting with me and going to the bathroom over 6 times a day on a good day!!!......so it is high time that i go and see my doc again.....the strange thing is that i have been not taking my pills for three days now and nothing has changed i think that i am feeling a little better even but hey the problems are still there!! damn body anyone want to trade??

That I will be happy with how things turn out and that I will work with comes upon me!! I know that that may not make any sence to any of you but it makes sence to me..... and I can live with that all that matters is that you are happy with the choices that you make that there are no regrets.... cause if there are regrets you will allways want to go back and change that choice that you were not happy with..... does that make sence i think so....
That Paycheck is a damn good movie just got done watching it..... if you havent seen it then watch it its great..... and ms. dottedstripes Napolien Dinamite was a really stupid movie but it was one of those movies that it was so dumb that it was kinda good..... not a movie that i would add to my collection but still one that i would watch.....

well it seems that fotopages dont like the newly uploaded pic so these are the ones that i wanted to post yesterday the others may have to wait untill i figure out what the hell is going on any one run into this problem where you download pic while writing and then try to upload them to gotopages and it dosent do it?????? that has happened twice now mabey i will just have to upload them to the computer BEFORE i start writing we will see what happens......enjoy anyway YALL!!

To MUCH MUSIC? i tell ya when i used to live out on the farm and i had only two chanles which had local news and the other had crap on it that is what i watched crap......one of my girldriends at the time made me a tape of MUCH music and i loved it aside from all the commercials and stuff it was awesome hours and hours of none stop well except for the commercials music videos!! i loved it and now i go to sit and watch and listen and what do i get on MUCH these days....everything form reality shows (which drive me nuts.......to crap like cribs and PIMP MY RIDE...... or shitty stories about has been rappers or drug addicts turned look at my family were all drug addicts now shows it pisses me off!!! even the good call in your requests show like MUCH on demand have gone for shit they are full of commercials and interviews of once again has been rappers its horrible!!! i just want to watch some decient music videos so i can go and download there songs on the internet and listen to something different......what is this world coming to????
TO NORMAL TV SHOWS, my case in point.....CSI the first edition was and is awesome nut then the makers got greedy and decided to make two more that are exactly the same.....but with way way WAY worse acotors....CSI:miami is horrible i cant stand that womans voice or the ignorant charactor that the head guy portrays......man talk about taking a good show and runing it but making another and yet another......dont get me wrong there have been some good second and thirds of things but they are mainly in the theaters like terminator the first was good in its day but sucks now so they went and made a second that was much much better than the first....but with movies they end there you can choose to ignore them when they are gone no longer to fill your days in the endless tv guides searching for something to watch.......i hate tv for that and it seems like it is just recently that it has happened like in the last couple years mabey Y2K just fucked with some peoples minds and not the computers..... people in the networks get a grip and start producing something that is worth watching......if simpsons can produce a great tv show that spans over a decade then i think that someone somewhere can come up with something better than putting a camera in someones face and following them around all day...... if i want reality i will just walk over to the local grocery store!!!! or go to a slezzy bar.....mmmmmm reality.....
all of this comes from me sitting on my ass the last month trying to nurse a broken arm and it is really getting to me!! i have nothing better to do but sit here and ramble on aaoubt crappy programming man i need to get outside and get away from this idoit box!!!!

so here are some pic that have been taken over the last week that i have been gone...
the first two are on my way back to medicine hat......they were taken at Frank slide.....a horrific land slide that moved half a mountain.......why did the mountain give way you ask? well it was back in the days when they mined for coal underground and they mined too much of the mountain and the mountain one day gave way and destroyed the town of Frank...burried it under tons and tons of rock.....mabey one day i will get some pic of the mountain for yall!!

it's been a while since.......

i've had sex.......i've been in high school........i've got paid to work...........oh there is something else...........oh I've posted on FOTOPAGES!!!!!
well with that over the first thing that i am gonna tell Yall is that i am being lazy today......VERY.... the car is not 20 feet from where i sit and i just dont feel like getting up and getting the camera outta there.....so since i have neglected to post for a while half the reason being that I have been in med hat and forgot the usb thingy that downloads the pic from the camera.....and i just had no interesting stories except for those about doctors.......lots of them 4 in 2 days i feel like my body is ready to say fuck this i am just gonna take a break and leave my sorry ass.... that made no sence and here i am sitting at home by myself laughing at my self......whatever so that i am too lazy to get the old camera i am gonna post something that my friend Megan sent me.....here it is a little about me:
1. Last movie you saw in the theater: been a long time....but i think it was.....the movie with matt and alissa...ummmm christmas with the cranks...yep that was the last one...long over due i love the theater but ya gotta be in the THX theather i would pay the big bucks to have the big sound.
2. Favorite Board Game: risk, mouse trap, trouble...
3. Favorite magazine: Maxim....Tatoo Flash.....not real big into mags.....
4. What book are you reading now: going to read the 4 agreements
5. Favorite smells: the mountains in the spring....and mud...in the spring...well spring i guess
6. Comfort Foods:with my stomach the way it is....nothing..but i just cant not eat icecream...there is a place in edmonton that Matt and Alissa took me the fudge factory i think WOW i loved it so yummy must drool now.......ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh...so yummy
7. Favorite Sounds: the ticking of a well made clock....well wrist watches are the best but i will settle for a clock.....but its gotta be well made i can tell......i love the sound!! serious!!
8. Least Favorite Sounds: crashing into semi trailers....bikes slamming into trucks...you know the drill......yuck!!!but still interesting to clean up!!! no not morbid or anything it was just interesting helping take care of soanes in the creston hospital!!!
9. Worst Feeling in the World: that moment that you know you did something wrong....the first seconds after you do it and know that you cant cover it up and that you know that shit is gonna hit the fan.....like when you crash you best friends truck and total it or you slam the family van into a parked dump truck and cause $2000 dammage....there are just some things that you cant cover up.....LOOK PLEXIGLASS!! knock....knock.....CRASH (breaking glass sound) bring back memories RICH???
10. What's the first thing you think of when you wake up in the morning? lately... oh man do i need to run to the bathroom and shit!!! like right now!!!!

What's something you can think about to calm yourself: breath in breath out.....wo it cant be that bad settle down now everthing will be allright!!! and listing to metalica- bleeding me that is calming me right now......along with a list that i will leave at the end of this.....i am reminded of JP's posts right now......now i will offer what is playing on my computer right now

23. What is your dream car? i would love a subaru wrx rally car.....great power.....great off road ability...and still looks classy just driving on the streets around town!!!
24. Favorite alcoholic drink: JAMACIAN RUM CREAM!!!! rum and coke.....not really into beer anymore cause of the stomach issue but i used to love imported beer...guiness, Becks stuff like that....just no beer from Quebec ok!!! and on the odd occasion Tequila is great!!!

what a day..... both the teams that i wanted to win today lost......and one lost huge!!!! denver and greenbay lost today and will be golfin for there season is over......ahh whatever its only sprts!!
And then i got to catch the last half of another movie that i found out that i can cry over imagine that me cry at a movie!!!! oh by the way the movie was Men with brooms.....I dont believe thhat one was on the list of last time so i just had to inform you all......like yall really wanted to know right!~!!!!!
but i went for a walk around town today and man there is alot of walkin paths here in elkford!! it is so beautiful here!!! and the creek that runs thru the town is so cool i love walkin by a creek and just listening to the sound its so cool eh? so neet and interestin.....
and i havent got a chance to get the camera out while i was on my walk i really didnt think that i was gonna end up all over the town so i didnt bring it with me.....oops....and i havent gone to fernie yet hopefully tommorow if all goes well unlike today!! its all good though!!! enjoy the pic everyone!!

well since i got nothin better to do i have been sittin here tryin to feel better and figure out what is going on......so for christmas i purchased corner gas.....it is a canadian comedy show that is on once a week....it is so fricken funny!! i have watched all the episodes like 5 times its crazy they are so damn funny!!!! but when you haver nothin to do but sit around and twiddle the thumbs you find shit to do i guess......
Last night i was sitting here watching family guy and futurama and my cat skittles decided to come and sit on my lap and have a snooze......and for any one that has a cat yall kow that cats can tend to get a little heavy when they sit on the old lap......and my cat is no lightweight.....man she got heavy it was crazy the old legs got somewhat of a workout sitting there with the cat it was kinda fun.....yea thats what us canadians call fun watchin comedy shows with a cat on our lap!!
ANYWHO on to better things it finally stoped snowing here but the strange thing was that there is very little to no wind here in elkford...its crazy so when it snows it comes straight down its awesome!!! i love how beautiful it is here when it snows!!!but only if it would clear up a little!! kinda foggy here.....but i hope that yall have agreat weekend i think that i am gonna go to fernie and get grocerys with the mother and take some pic of fernie that is a very cool town but not as cool as kimberly!!! man another rambling post whatever yall have agood time eh!! Hey everyone sorry for not posting as of late been kinda tryin to figure some big issues out and had some doc appointments and stuff like that......
But i would like to say happy new year to all of yous!!!!!!!! it has been a great year so far......
but to the post have you ever broken a bone..got stiches......ruffed your self up anything like that??? i look back and realise that i have done my fair share of getting injured!! so i compiled a list not that you all really want to hear all of it but i have been off work for way too long and i have a lot of free time on my hands....well hand....haha i made a funny!! what a geek i am......
i have 15 stiches in my right shin from a piece of metal that decided to go into my leg.....
i ripped off my left big toenail....with the kickstand of a motorbike....dont ask.....
sprained my ankles untill they turned black....yes black i was running down stairs at the local lodge.....long story....they are all long stories......
got gravel imbeded in my knees being chased by the school bullies when i was young......
my sister kicked me off of our trampoline and broke my collerbone in two spots....yea that was fun
i have broken my nose once in a fight.....once being back handed after i was tormenting a guy...yea i deserved that one.....and twice in one day playing rugby once in practice before the game and once during the game.....that led to me getting sugery to repair the septum years later....in which i got 5 or 6 stiches in my nose......and to finish the nose off i get into a car accident last month and get another 6 stiches on the outside of it.......
i ripped the tendon of my ring finger completly off the bone and had a four hour sugery to rebuild the finger.....which led to 13 stiches on the finger.....
and to finish it all off i got a busted arm in the same motor vehicle accident that put the stiches in my nose......crazy shit eh?? oh and when i was in grade 5 or 6 i took one of my best friends teeth to the back of my head chicken fighting....that hurt.....but thats about the extent of it all there have been some other accidents that have brought me close to death but that is for another day......
and yea there are some people that spend way way to much time on there computers and need to learn when to take a break.....you know who you are.......just stop for once there are better things you could be doing.....like wasting time watchiong movies like me.....i guess i aint any better but hey we all have our addictions yall!!! hope every one had a great holiday but it is time to go back to work/school/and for me i have another 2.5 weeks untill i do anything that resembles work.....so enjoy your time and hopefully yall have a great week......Enjoy

Would rather be here (in the pic) or at the shopping places.....where people i hear in winnipeg rentyed a uhaul trailer and paacked it with couches and stereo and heaters just to get a table that he already has......or stand in line for over 12 hours in -20 some odd degrees to get some piece of electronics that is allready outa date and the place just wants to get rid of it cause they cant sell it anyway........it your choice.....woul you rather???
but anyway.....hope all had a great holiday so far and i have some great news another of my great friends has been taken....(aka engaged) i am so happy for those two(sarah and jordan theophan) they are probly the best couple i have seen in a long time they are ment for each other in all ways and i am very happy for them!!! man i am getting good at typing with one hand!!! wicked i hope yall have a great rest of holiday and that the meaning of the season is in all of you and material things dont get you down causde its all about family and friends!!!! have a great holiday and a drunk ass new years!!!!eh.....enjoy!!!
