ok this is gonna be a bitch fest today......
1. i cant believe some people that drive.....well people that drive cars and trucks for that matter.....for example.....i was driving in denver and i was coming into a construction area where the lanes narrowed and they put up cement barriers to protect the workers...ok yall follow me eh? and i had my signal on to move into the middle lane well just a few feet so that my oversize load could fit and not hit the barriers well the first truck that was just behind me sped up and passed me cause he knew what was going on......but the truck that was likie 50 feet behind him must not have seen that i have a 12' wide load....cause you know thats hard to see right??!! and i started to move over knowing that he was still coming but i had no choice it was either that or hit the cement thingys......so i kept looking in the mirror and when he realises that i am moving into his lane he gives me a dirty look like what the hell am i doing......so he is right beside me and narrowly missing me and the other vehicles that are on the other side of him and he gets passed me give me a dirty look as he passes and you know what i do???? i give him the bird and lip to him YOU FUCKIN IDOIT!!!!!! i think he got the message........rant number one done......
2. I have come to appreciate that when you have an oversize load that is over ten feet wide that someone takes the time to route you properly.....for example.......i am traveling in colorado today and they route me right thru a construction zone that has been there for months......that is not a good idea (see rant one) and they send you thru very narrow and blind corners.....if yall have been in eads, CO you know what i mean there is a dip in the road and an overpass for trains blocks the people from seeing you so if you anything that is over ten feet wide your fine but if you have a load like i did i am just glad that a fellow trucker alerted me that there was a pickup coming and a semi right after him so i put the pedal to the medal and hammered thru the tight turn and the guy in the pickup was kinda startled to see me when he came around the corner!!! funny shit but totally unessary they could have routed me a different way!!! like texas for instance they route me around every major city every construction zone even if it is 2 miles long they will send you on a joy ride in the bounies of texas to get around it for this i am thankfull.......for it avoids situations with stupid drivers as in my first rant!!!!! oh there is more.....
3. today i was taking a break in limon, CO and left the CB on and man was that a mistake.....there was a semi tryig to cross a not busy 4 lane highway and the FED EX (I love FED EX YES, but not there drivers in this instance) truck was behind him ok yall follow me if not reread the last line or two EH!!...... so this guy is waiting and the fed ex guy starts on him on the CB "come on driver lets go he is waiting for you" (there was another semi turning into the fuel stop and was blocking traffic for the two semis to cross the highway, nice guy eh?) well the guy that was in front of the fed ex truck says "well mabey i will wait for this camper to clear the road first you idoit!!" and the fed ex guy started bad mouthing the guy that was in front of him and one thing led to another and it led to this....... FED EX guy "pull over and I'll beat your ass" (they were crossing the intersection") so the guy in front said "your all talk the only musel you have is in that mike your holding" and they started bitchin again and the guy that was in front pulls over and stops and guess what the fed ex guy does............... he keeps going...........and the conversation goes on with more name calling and the fed ex guy stumbling over his words............all I have to say to this is two things......
3a. this is the main reason why i hate "truckers" they all yep too much
3.B if your gonna run your mouth and are wrong admit it......if you keep running your mouth and are confronted like above......take it like a man\""woman and step up if you have to hide behind a mic or computer or phone and cant back it up then dont say it in the first place fuckin truckers!!!!!!
4. I think that i am done for my ranting today sorry but i had to get that all out and man today is much better i have a long day ahead of me as texas has routed me all over again but that is good it eliminates the stupid drivers from my day and puts me on roads where there are no dumb stupid drivers!!!!! so i think that tomorow will be execllent.....
and the pic are of my load they were taken at the scale at lamar, CO met a very nice older man there today he was running the joint and had a nice chat with him made me a little bit in a better mood!!!! hope yall enjoyed todays episode EH!!!

in a much better mood today it has many reasons.......
the problem that i had in the last post is kinda resolved and i am getting paid properly at work now and i have had three oversize loads now thats awesome!!! i have pic of the last one that i brought up to saskatchewan.....it was 12' round reels of plastic pipe!! it was a lot of fun to haul!! and now I have a 12'2'' load that looks like a large building but it is only 13'9'' high so its all good on the hight issue......
but other than that all is well and good no more accidents here in the land of granden!!! oh and i have gone thru 7 tires on this trailer and tractor now thats crazy!!! two were worn out and 4 got replaced cause of the accident and my passenger stearing tire got a hole in the inside sidewall of all places and could not be repaired.....and it was almost brand new waht a rip off!!!!!
well with the event of me sounding boring i think that i am just tired and dont feel like typing any more so i will close with that hope yall enjoy EH!!!

well again i have fubard up and something has slipped my mind...... and for that i am sorry and that one goes out to Kerri...... i am really sorry Kerri.
well for the third day in a row i have forgotten to take pic of my load and now i cannot post any pictures and that sucks!!! this evening is just getting worse and worse....oh well the day was good i guess......
but not much to say today kinda messed in the head right now so thAT is all i have to say today mabey tommorow i will post some pic for yall!!! mabey if i remember.....

anywho i got the oversize load up and moving i sat down and figured out where they routed me and man did i travel all over texas!!!! if you have an atlas follow the roads......if you can figure it out it is kinda crazy and will take a while to figue out but just go from highway to highway ok!!!
us 290 W, FM577 N, SH36 S, US290 W, US183 S, SH71W, US 290 W, US 281 N, US290 W, IH10 W, US 83N, US 287 NW, SH 203 E, US 83 N....... yea thats how they routed me thru texas from houston to oklahoma!!!! crazy eh.....it will be worth the look!!!! very nice country thou it was awesome!!!! great day today it was fun!!!
got into watchin CSI season one last night ended up watching 3 episodes and not going to bed untill 1245 and i had to get up at 5 and get going it was crazy took me a long time to wake up this morning like 3 hours of driving it was crazy!!! but as i said it was beautiful today 30 above and now i am stopped and there is very light wind and the temp is 23 its beautiful!!!! i loveeettttt....
and as for pic i will take them tommorow as for now i am gonna post more of the pic from soanes fight as he wants to steal them and it is quicker to put them up here then to email the shit!!!

this was my really messed up day...well last twenty 4 hours

ok we will start last night when i tried to post some stuff.......i was all pissy when i was writing the story last night and so it was really funny and I am wicked mad that fotopages was cranky and wouldnt post it......so instead of waiting around and shit i was too pissed off that i shut the computer off and went to bed!!! so i am sorry that yall miss out of the story yesterday i just dont think that i can tell it over again as well.......sorry......
so i woke up 2 hours late this morning and sped all the way from dallas to houston to make it in time!!! it was fun and then i got to the customs building and let me tell you that if i didnt have the addres i would have never found it even if someone gave me directions it is an office building that is tucked alongside a busy highway in houston!!! it is a really nice building i was impressed!!! and then i hauled ass over to the port and delivered the shit that was on my trailer.......then got my dispatch and talked to the nicest person that i have picked up from her name was sue!! and got directions to the place and picked up the load......now when you are oversize anything over 8.5 feet wide and 13 foot 6 (in most states) you need a permit to move the load.....well my dispatch got me all the permits but texas!!! and that was the first one that he ordered i did nt end up getting it untill after 4 and i cant move the load at night so i couldnt go anywhere!!! what a mess it is kinda a wierd load and a pain in the ass to tye down.....but i will make it back to canada in one piece i guaranteeeee!
and i was talking to my dispatch and he informed me that i dropped off the load that i had at the wrong place!!! i dropped off the load at a port in houston and they took it and everything no one caught that the load that i was told was 3 picks and one drop was really 3 picks and 2 drops......so some of the shit that i unloaded at the port was to be unloaded somewhere else in houston.....whatever it would have been nice that someone informed me that the shipment wasent going to the place that i was sent to!!!! DAMMIT......so now i sit and wait for the morning so i can head on thru texas then oklahoma then nebraska then south dakota then north dakota i think that is right but gotta run yall hope you enjoy EH!!!

well where oh where do i start.....i have my computer back and all is well!! but there have been some things that have happened in the last few weeks that have been interesting....
I got to be in medicine hat to see one of my friends boxing match and that was cool....he may have lost but the ref was kinda horrible got some fotos and all was good then went out and got drunk with him and that was a great night.....then i drove to edmonton and spent the day with Matt and Alissa and that was a lot of fun tortured myself with icecream that was the bomb....rum flavored and butter something it was the best ice cream i have ever had!!!!!
and on to work stuff.......i got my first oversize load too it was fun but it was only 9 feet wide and was 14 foot 2 high it was fun to haul i hope that i get more oversize loads!!!! i love hauling them!!!
and now the shitty part of work i was invoolved in another accident and again it was not my fault but this van pulled out into an intersection and i swerved to avoid her and she hit my trailer.....mmm semi going 110kmph and van going 20kmph i wounder who won??? i have pictures as well she wwas ok not a bump or bruise so that is good but the van is obviously totaled!!! man that sucks i have been involved with 3 accidents in the last year that sucks!!!! at least the injuries are getting lesss and less!!! but thats about all that i have to say today kinda try to keep it short and sweet today....i am glad to be back and hope to catch up with every one asap....... hope all is well with everyone and i will post more regularly now!!!!

well since i am in the Medicine hat i thought that I would say hi to all you guys out there!!! and I hope that the days have been filled with joy and happyness!! anywho..... work is going good and all is well!! I dont really have much time here so i will have to take some time out later when i get my computer back to look at all your recent updates.....I cant wait i miss them so much....seriously it is like something is missing.......
But something cool I bought a Game boy advanced today it was cheep 80 bones and so that will keep me busy in the absence of the computer!! so that is all that is new today kinda boring i know so yall have a great week and i will post more better stuff hopefully soon!!!

sorry to tell you all this but the last week has been a run around trying to get everything ready and the doctors all closed up from the accident.....CAUSE i get to go back to work on tuesday!!!! but the only bad thing is that i wont have the laptop back yet so no internet for the first trip down and back no biggie but hey i been without it before i just hope that it is re[aired by the time i get back to edmonton!!!!
And sorry for not posting latley but been trying to get every thing together for the trip back to work so i will try and keep in touch!!! dont give up on me just cause i am gone for a little over a week.... but there is some good news that i have to go back to work i am gonna be in a 2004 peterbuilt a year or two newer than the one that i was driving!!! so thats cool we will see how that one works out for me!!!
and i have been kinda out of sorts latley.... dont have much as in the area for good pictures to post so i guess this will be another post that i have no pic but i will make a good one before i go back to work...to keep you regulars satisfied!!! just kiddin.....but it will be my longest absence from fotopages kinda makes me sad... funny eh??
